    Prep time: 20 minutes
    Cook time: 20 minutes
    Serves: 4

    Ingredients:

    • 3 Tbsp olive oil
    • 14 oz dried spaghetti

     For the pork:

    • 1 packet Deliciou Plant-Based Pork
    • 1 cup (8 fl oz) chilled water
    • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 small onion, grated
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • ½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
    • 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    For the sauce:

    • 1 small onion, finely diced
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 24 oz tomato sauce/puree
    • ½ cup water
    • 3 tsp dried Italian herbs
    • 1 tsp chilli pepper flakes, optional
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    To serve:

    • Deliciou Vegan Cheese Seasoning
    • Fresh parsley

    Directions:

    1. Combine all pork ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Shape mixture into meatballs. If time allows, cover and refrigerate for 20 mins.
    2. Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, then drain.
    3. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat and fry the meatballs until golden brown. Set aside.
    4. In the same frypan, over medium heat, add remaining oil, onion and garlic and sauté until translucent.
    5. Add remaining sauce ingredients and bring to a simmer, cooking for 5-6 mins until thickened slightly. Add the meatballs into the sauce and stir to coat.
    6. To serve, divide pasta between 4 bowls and top with meatballs and sauce. Garnish with nutritional yeast flakes or Deliciou Vegan Cheese Seasoning and parsley. Enjoy!

This was so good! I used our favorite jar spaghetti sauce but followed the rest of the recipe as written.
