This delicious recipe with sweet potatoes, eggs, onions and Bacon Seasoning is perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. You can also cook a big batch and reheat throughout the week. It is delicious, healthy, vegetarian, low in carbohydrates and got lots of bacon flavour!
1 large sweet potato
3 tea spoons of Bacon Seasoning
1 table spoon of oil
Heat onions with the oil until it is light-brown. Add chopped pieces of sweet potato and cook until soft. Add the eggs on top and heat for 5 minutes. Finally, let the Bacon Seasoning rain.
